The SSSNP was founded by Tom and Lee Blomquist to promote the spaying and neutering of companion animals as an alternative to the current method of pet population control which is destruction.

Tom and Lee along with a few volunteers that are not rich and have to work real jobs do all the work necessary to keep the project going
